  • Choose a day between Monday to Thursday for collection & shipping.
  • Your semen sample must be collected and shipped on the same day.
  • Do not collect or ship your sample if today or tomorrow is a holiday.
  • This collection kit should be used within 30 days.

Abstinence

  • Avoid ejaculation for 2 to 5 days before collecting your sample.
  • 2 Days is Recommended if Your Test Includes DNA Fragmentation.
